A Dual Induction session involves two hypnotists both working simultaneously on a client to induce, deepen, and create the necessary changes in the unconscious mind. The idea is that while the conscious mind is distracted by one of the inductions, the unconscious has no choice but to hear all the hypnotic commands of the other and change. Tip #1 – Get In Touch With Yourself!

First of all, ask yourself — are you the same person when you’re alone than when you’re with other people? Are you the same person home at night as when you’re at work during the daytime? If your answer is “no,” then you may not be in touch with your true feelings. Know that if you don’t like your life right now, you have the power to change it. You ALWAYS have!

Tip #2 – Know What You Want, And Imagine It.

Here’s another question for you to answer: What do you want in life?

Try not to answer in the negative, such as “I don’t want to be single forever,” or “I don’t want to grow obese,” or “I don’t want to retire poor.” Trust me, it doesn’t work. Instead, think positively — “I want the perfect relationship,” “I want to lose 30 pounds,” “I want to retire rich.”

Once you have your positive answer, regularly IMAGINE it. Imagine what life would be like once you’ve achieved your dreams. Imagine the good feelings and events you’ll be enjoying, as well as the values and beliefs you hold dear — love, spirituality, confidence, contentment, and so on.

Tip #3 – Get Rid Of Fear.

One of the biggest things keeping you from achieving your dreams is fear. There’s the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, the fear of commitment, etc. One thing you have to know about fear is that 90% of the time, the things you’re afraid of happening don’t really happen!

No matter how much you take the first three tips into mind, remember that without action, very little will happen. You’ll need to take action. Take control of your life — grab it by the horns and point it towards the direction you want it to take!

What ever your limiting belief is, there is a simple formula for changing it. This proven strategy is below in 5 easy to follow steps, so get a pen, write down your answers and start creating unlimited success.

1. Imagine that you’ve already changed the limiting belief, what does it allow you to do? (write down answer)

2. What will you be missing out on if you don’t change this limiting belief?

3. If you were to create a new, empowering belief in place of the limiting belief, what would it be?

4. Why are you committed to making this change and no longer allow your limiting beliefs to hold you back?

5. What are you going to do with your new unlimited success?

Remember, the most important part of this exercise is the fact that you’re writing it down. By doing that you’re committing to breaking your limiting beliefs and flourishing.

Build Your Confidence Now

I was just thinking about confidence and how you can obtain it, then I realised I was making the same mistake that lots of people make. Confidence is not a thing, it’s not something you can obtain and once you have it you can hold onto it, rather it’s something that you give yourself every.

I believed I was insecure and shy once too, it would be my primary excuse for not connecting greater with people, and it would hold me back from taking more enjoyment from life. The most enlightening change that took place was never something huge at all it was This:

I was talking with a friend, someone who had known me for a while, we were talking about how we felt about ourselves. I told her that I didn’t like that I was shy, and quiet and that I wanted to be confident.

This person, just laughed and said, “Oh, I didn’t think you were shy at all, I thought you were confident and funny and really sure of yourself.”

I was a little shocked, because I’d genuinely believed that I was shy, just like you might, but then I realised something; The only difference between me feeling insecure, and me feeling really confident was my own decision about which one I was.

You see, we don’t remind ourselves enough that it’s all in our head. You decide what way you want to believe about yourself. So why make decisions that are going to make you think you’re small.

I decided that I was confident, and that’s all it took.

What are you going to decide right now as you sit there reading this? Maybe you’ll decide that you’re proud of yourself, maybe you’ll decide that you’ve made the best choices you could at the time, maybe you’ll decide you can be confident too. :-D

Attract Your Perfect Partner

Hey!

Someone told me the other day that they were sick of feeling lonely and that they wanted a partner. I think that it’s a feeling everybody has either felt at some point, or even experiences on a regular basis.  It just means that you’re not connecting with others at a core level.

“So what’s your perfect partner look like?” I asked them.
“I don’t know.” They said.
“What does your perfect partner sound like?”
“I haven’t thought of that.”
“What does it feel like when you’re around them?”
“I haven’t thought about that either.”

I continued by explaining to them that we go through life finding things we’re looking for. Having the experiences that we focus on. Whether it’s noticing the people with the same shirt as you, or seeing a mobile phone you like because you’ve been thinking about buying one of those.

Try this, think about all the things that are yellow, turn around and look behind you and notice all the things that are yellow. – Done that? Now, without turning around, try and think of 5 things behind you that are blue. It’s hard isn’t it? That’s because you weren’t looking for blue things, you were looking for yellow. It’s the same in life, if you don’t know what your perfect partner looks, sounds and feels like, it’s going to be alot harder to find them!

Try this, write down 5 things that your perfect partner must have, things that you won’t budge on; they can be about the way they look, their personality, the way you feel around them. Then write down 5 things that you’d like them to have, not absolutely necessary but things that would be preferred. Then write down 5 things that they could or couldn’t have, things that aren’t a big deal but it’d be a plus if they did have them.

Do this now from the chair you’re sitting in and I promise it’ll be much easier to find that perfect someone.
