Use These 4 Secrets Of NLP Advice For A Free and Happy Life

Are you feeling down? Do you sometimes feel as though the entire world’s up against you? Also, do you often feel you’re the unluckiest person in the world? You’ll be surprised to know that it has nothing to do with luck. It’s actually because you’re focusing on the wrong things — and this article will give you 4 tips to turn things around.

Tip #1 – Get In Touch With Yourself!

First of all, ask yourself — are you the same person when you’re alone than when you’re with other people? Are you the same person home at night as when you’re at work during the daytime? If your answer is “no,” then you may not be in touch with your true feelings. Know that if you don’t like your life right now, you have the power to change it. You ALWAYS have!

Tip #2 – Know What You Want, And Imagine It.

Here’s another question for you to answer: What do you want in life?

Try not to answer in the negative, such as “I don’t want to be single forever,” or “I don’t want to grow obese,” or “I don’t want to retire poor.” Trust me, it doesn’t work. Instead, think positively — “I want the perfect relationship,” “I want to lose 30 pounds,” “I want to retire rich.”

Once you have your positive answer, regularly IMAGINE it. Imagine what life would be like once you’ve achieved your dreams. Imagine the good feelings and events you’ll be enjoying, as well as the values and beliefs you hold dear — love, spirituality, confidence, contentment, and so on.

Tip #3 – Get Rid Of Fear.

One of the biggest things keeping you from achieving your dreams is fear. There’s the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, the fear of commitment, etc. One thing you have to know about fear is that 90% of the time, the things you’re afraid of happening don’t really happen!

Get on your feet, get rid of fear, and…

Tip #4 – Take Action!

No matter how much you take the first three tips into mind, remember that without action, very little will happen. You’ll need to take action. Take control of your life — grab it by the horns and point it towards the direction you want it to take!

How Hypnosis Can Help You Become More Confident

Hypnosis isn’t as scary as they are in cartoons — it’s actually a very effective way to improve our lives. Many debilitating psychological problems — such as the simple lack of self-confidence — can be addressed by hypnosis. And it does it much more effectively than most other methods, as well.

But let’s clear a common misconception right off the bat: hypnosis doesn’t GIVE you confidence. Your confidence is already there! And a good hypnotherapist simply aims to get rid of whatever is blocking that confidence, leaving you more motivated and able to tackle the challenges of life.

The reason why so many of us lack self-confidence is mostly through no fault of our own. We may simply have experienced many discouraging events that made us question our self-belief and strength. For instance, some of us may have been bullied at school, or even perhaps ridiculed at work and business as adults.

Now, some may claim that gaining self-confidence is just a matter of telling yourself things like, “There’s nothing to be afraid of,” “I’m the most confident person in the world,” and such. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. Your self-confidence (or lack thereof) is deeply stuck in your unconscious mind, where your thought patterns (rather than your decisions) are formed.

That’s where hypnosis comes in. Hypnotherapists bypass your conscious mind and delve deep into your unconscious mind, looking for the reasons why your confidence is at an all-time low. From there, they can uncover the underlying problems and help you face them.

Hypnotists can also uncover any self-defeating beliefs you may have, and replace them with self-motivating ones. For instance, instead of thinking about how your next business presentation might get shot down, your hypnotist will tell you to imagine how it would feel when the presentation goes well.

A few good sessions with a good hypnotherapist will help you gather confidence much more easily, and get more out of life as a result!

So if you’re suffering from low confidence and self-esteem, and if nothing else seems to work for you, do consider seeing a hypnotherapist. They are experts in finding the deep underlying causes for the psychological problems that get in the way of everyday life.

How To Use NLP To Attract Money Into Your Life

In today’s economic climate, more and more people are keeping a tighter grip on their money. People are looking for ways to stretch their dollars, as well as to increase their income. And one of the most recent trends being used by today’s forward-thinking money-savers is using NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).

NLP is all about using body language, thought patterns, and voice tone to “program” your reality into meeting your expectations. When it comes to making more money, NLP helps you get into the state of mind that actually ATTRACTS money into your life — by becoming more effective, by becoming more confident, etc.

It’s almost like a sort of self-hypnosis, in which you’re slowly and steadily convincing yourself of becoming something you’re normally not. In this case, you’ll be convincing yourself to become a “money magnet.” Here are three ways to do it:

#1 – Recite a “money-magnet” mantra.

Imagine the amount of money (or level of financial security) you want. Do you want a full bank account? A diverse stock portfolio? A few successful businesses? A yacht? Let your imagination run free!

Then bring your imagination to reality by reciting them in a mantra. Every morning, as part of your morning preparations, read and recite your financial goals. When you remind yourself of your goals everyday, then you’ll unconsciously take small steps towards those goals every single day, as well — and before you know it, you’ll be closer to your goals than ever before.

#2 – Be happy for other people’s financial success.

If you don’t share in the joy of other people’s success, then your own success will go away from you. So instead of feeling envy or anger towards successful people, be happy for them, learn from them, and become more like them

#3 – Stop thinking that money is evil.

It’s a common belief that “money is the root of all evil.” But history has shown a myriad of GOOD THINGS that money has brought to the world. So stop thinking money is evil. Money isn’t good either, but the PURPOSE behind the money can make it good, evil, holy, dirty, etc.

Do you have a GOOD purpose for attracting money into your life? Then go ahead — follow these three NLP tips and get right to it. There’s really, REALLY nothing wrong with doing so!

Why Having A Life Coach Is A Must

Sometimes, some of us get so burdened by our problems and fears that it can get in the way of normal life, and even cause physical and psychological illness. When you feel your problems are spiraling out of control, then you might need the services of a professional life coach.

A professional life coach is basically someone who’s well-trained in human psychology and are better able than most to identify — and solve — problems. They are experts in self-improvement and can get even the most unmotivated individuals to gain control of their own lives.

Some people say life coaching is lame — they say that anyone who can’t solve their own problems by themselves is a failure in life. That’s not the case. You know what’s lame? If you let your problems dictate the state of the rest of your life — now THAT’S pitiful!

Life coaches are often professionally-trained in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), making them experts at identifying the causes of problems. They’re also very trustworthy, and there’s no need to worry about getting embarrassed and such.

A good life coach won’t make you uncomfortable — in fact, he’s probably going to be the most comfortable person to talk to. That way it’ll be easier for both of you to address whatever’s holding you back from living the life you want.

Life coaches aren’t only good at helping you solve your problems — they’re also fantastic at getting rid of your fears and phobias. If you have a certain fear that’s wreaking havoc on your personal and social life, a life coach can help you get rid of the fear so you’re free.

Life coaching can be done for a matter of days, but some people choose to have continued support. The longer you have a life coach, the better — you’ll be better able to identify and solve problems as they arise, and you’ll take better control of your life than ever before.

Want to live the life you want? Then get a life coach. There’s no shame in having one — in fact, more and more people today are discovering the benefits of having someone to help them stay on track, becoming happier and more productive members of society.
